You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or carrying more than you let others see—struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or major life transitions. You're able to put on a "brave face", but inside you’re navigating intense emotions, relationship challenges, or patterns that feel hard to break. In our work together, I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space where your experiences are heard and validated. We focus on understanding and regulating emotions, processing past and present experiences, and building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected.
I provide trauma-informed, relational therapy for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and unresolved trauma. I help clients regulate their nervous systems, build insight, strengthen relationships, and break unhelpful patterns—so they can feel more grounded, empowered, and connected in their lives.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than you let others see, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Healing happens in safe, supportive spaces. If you’re ready for meaningful change and compassionate guidance, I invite you to reach out.
I practice under the supervision of Kevin Niehaus, PsyD, LPCC – Beach Cities Mental Health.
